La causa suele ser multifactorial y diferente en cada una de las personas, sin embargo, algunas de las m\u00e1s importantes son: el estr\u00e9s, la hipertensi\u00f3n arterial, los cambios hormonales, el consumo de ciertos alimentos, etc.<br \/>\nEl tener una alimentaci\u00f3n balanceada, con alimentos naturales, frescos y de estaci\u00f3n nos ayudan a evitar una de las causas que pueden provocar episodios de migra\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>La alimentaci\u00f3n cumple parte importante en el manejo de las migra\u00f1as, una buena alimentaci\u00f3n, mantener la glucosa estable y una buena hidrataci\u00f3n evitan picos de migra\u00f1a.
